Our fly-on-the-wall documentary series looks beyond what is immediately visible during a production. It focuses on the people behind the scenes: their expectations, uncertainty, stress, group dynamics and the way a situation can change when very different personalities come together under unusual circumstances.

Expectations, different boundaries, uncertainty, pressure and the dynamics within a group can transform a situation remarkably quickly.
