UNTOLD The Porn Makers launches in August – platform launch and documentary livestream experiment announced

From August 28th to 30th, 2026, UNTOLD – The Porn Makers will officially launch its own streaming platform for the documentary series. This will create, for the first time, a place where the long-term documentary UNTOLD – The Porn Makers can be released independently – without editorial constraints, without platform filters, and with room for longer, more in-depth documentary formats.

To kick off the launch, the project is planning an extraordinary livestream experiment in Berlin.

Over three days, the film crew accompanies several protagonists of the documentary series during a shared content weekend. The focus is on conversations, encounters, creative work, and the dynamics of a group of people who have been part of the long-term documentary for years.

The livestream is not intended as a classic reality show, but rather as a real-time documentary observation. Viewers gain insights into processes that normally take place behind the scenes and often only become visible months or years later in finished documentaries.

With the launch of UNTOLD The Porn Makers, an independent platform for documentary storytelling is being created, enabling stories to be told in all their length and complexity.
